Each new day of the week presents a fresh opportunity to improve your health and sense of wellness. Monday we go out for a twenty minute walk. Tuesday we decide to stop eating bagels. Wednesday we have a cup of tea and a good laugh with a friend. As the days go on, our health improves, we feel lighter, more effervescent.
